A speaker under a mat sends vibration into the surface you are lying on. You feel it where you touch it. That is one side of the body, one direction, and nothing is recorded.

Zencora places the sound above you and below you at once, and zones it by body region rather than playing one track at the whole of you. That is what you are feeling at the table.
